Common Customer Support Issues

Welcome to our support portal! Here you can submit a ticket with Ray Transportation Services. Common issues that can be helped with ticket submission include lost and found, and issues with the driver, billing issues or if you'd like to verify the calculation of your fare. Frequent clients have accounts with us, and you can submit a ticket for any account related issues such as credit limit approvals / increase, or questions about your invoice, or any other reasons you have - we are here for you!

You can call us on our phone number too, however tickets submitted via email or this support portal receive a much faster response / resolution.

All emails sent to us generate a ticket - so if yours is a general inquiry don't worry, we will respond via the ticket which will automatically reply to your email. The conversation is then logged in the ticket in case a later review is needed.

We sometimes sell used auto parts, when we do, all sales are final, and "as-is". We offer no warranty of used auto parts, however, if the part you buy is not working when you got it, we will allow a return and issue a refund. No returns for any reason are allowed after 15 days. This is only on auto parts sales.

We sometimes sell cars, which may be consigned. All car sales are "as-is" no warranty, no return. We encourage you to bring a mechanic to check the vehicle before you purchase it. Test drives are allowed, except on vehicles we are selling as "parts only".
